The vigorous development of platform economy is an important phenomenon of global economic development in recent years. The chronic diseases of platform enterprises such as infringement and counterfeiting，false publicity，illegal operation and so on have been further amplified in the era of platform economy. The abuse of market position by enterprises，disorderly expansion of capital，restriction of competition，“one out of two” and “killing” have become prominent problems. The interweaving and superposition of new and old problems further aggravates the complexity of platform governance. Throughout the world，major countries such as Europe and the United States have accumulated a lot of practical experience in the supervision and governance of platform economy. The experience and practice of anti-monopoly system construction，refined governance content and innovative regulatory tools have certain enlightenment significance for Beijing platform governance. Beijing Internet platform economic governance can be carried out from three aspects：improving platform governance laws and regulations，strengthening government public functions and innovating and enriching regulatory tool.
