Platform economy is an important part of Beijing’s digital economy. At present，Beijing has gathered a number of international and domestic leading platform enterprises in the same industry，covering life services，Internet media，intelligent manufacturing，medical care，culture and art. How to adhere to the simultaneous development and standardization，strengthen and optimize the platform economy，and create a model for the development of the digital economy have put forward new requirements for the regulatory capacity and mechanism of Beijing’s platform economy. With the tightening of international anti-monopoly supervision and the strengthening of domestic anti-monopoly supervision，Beijing has focused on building a joint prevention and control mechanism，issued anti-monopoly compliance guidelines，vigorously promoted fair competition policies，and carried out actions to regulate platform enterprises. At present，there are still some problems in the anti-monopoly supervision of Beijing platform economy，such as imperfect policies and regulations，imperfect regulatory measures，and relatively backward regulatory models. Therefore，this report puts forward three suggestions for optimizing regulatory measures：adhering to the scientific，prudent and inclusive regulatory concept，improving the legal system related to anti-monopoly supervision，and strengthening digital supervision.
