As a new economy supported by “Internet +” and emerging information technology，platform economy has become a new engine to promote economic development. In 2021，under the complex international situation，the multi-point spread of domestic epidemic and many other challenges，the development of platform economy rose against the trend，and the number of platform enterprises and industry scale achieved rapid growth，becoming an important force to promote the digital transformation of the capital economy and enhance international competitiveness. During the 14th Five Year Plan period，“antitrust”，“prior supervision” and “standardized，healthy and sustainable” will become the key words for the development of Beijing’s platform economy，and Beijing’s platform economy has entered the stage of normalized supervision. Driven by the favorable policy environment，the support of new infrastructure technology and the formation of cloud consumption habits，the development of platform economy in Beijing will usher in a new round of opportunities to promote standardized，healthy and sustainable development through fair competition.
