However，due to the weak foundation of vocational skills development，imperfect training system，and insufficient willingness of enterprises and workers to participate in skills improvement，there is a gap between the total amount and structure of migrant workers’ skilled talents and the actual demand. In the future，it is necessary to further strengthen the system design，strengthen the training and development，improve the management and service mechanism.
