通过对高校毕业生基层就业政策的梳理发现,政策支持力度和待遇水平是影响基层就业的关键因素,基层就业政策变迁为高校毕业生基层就业带来了机遇。本报告以北京高校毕业生到乡镇村社、城市社区、行业企业等基层就业为案例,了解毕业生基层就业的现状,提出相应的对策建议:充分发挥高校的就业育人功能,加强对青年学生的价值观教育和引导;高校完善机制,宣传引路,激励毕业生到基层就业;政府完善激励政策,切实保障学生基层就业和职业发展。
<<Through the combing of the grassroots employment policies of college and university graduates,it is found that policy support degree and treatment level are the key factors affecting grassroots employment,and the changes in grassroots employment policies have brought opportunities for grassroots employment of college and university graduates. Taking the case of graduates of Beijing colleges and universities working at the townships or villages,urban communities,industry enterprises,etc.,to understand the current situation of the grassroots employment of graduates,and put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions:Colleges and universities should give full play to the employment education function,and strengthen the education and guidance of young students’ values;vigorously implement employment policy mechanisms,encourage graduates to work at the grassroots level,and effectively ensure the employment and career development of graduates at the grassroots level.
