受经济、社会、技术、人口、市场、政策等因素影响,我国灵活就业快速增长,并表现出就业形态从传统打零工向多元就业发展、覆盖范围从有限领域向全行业渗透、劳动者由被动进入向主动选择转变的发展演变趋势,在促就业、稳就业以及提高人力资源配置效率等方面发挥了积极作用,但发展过程中也存在就业管理服务和劳动权益保障不足等问题,需要在统计监测、政策支持、权益保障、技能培训等方面进一步补齐短板。
<<Under the influence of economic,social,technological,demographic,market,policy and other factors,flexible employment has grown rapidly in China. The employment form has developed from traditional odd jobs to diversified employment,the coverage has infiltrated from limited fields to the whole industry,and the workers have changed from passive entry to active choice. Flexible employment plays a positive role in promoting employment,stabilizing employment and improving the efficiency of human resource allocation. At the same time,the development process has also some problems such as insufficient employment services and labor rights protection. It need to be further complemented in terms of statistical monitoring,policy support,rights protection,skill training,etc.
