Public employment service is the public welfare employment service provided by the government for workers，and it is one of the important contents of public service. High quality public employment service is the due meaning of realizing more full and higher quality employment in China. Based on the current needs of different groups of workers and various market subjects for public employment services，with a targeted questionnaire survey nationwide，this report finds that there are differences in the demand of different groups of workers and market subjects for different public employment services. In addition，it puts forward policy suggestions to improve the quality of public employment services from the perspectives of publicity channels，demand expression mechanism，digital services and precise policies.
