As the first batch of cross-border e-commerce pilot cities and the second batch of cross-border e-commerce comprehensive pilot zone，Zhengzhou has achieved remarkable results in terms of scale，platform，innovation capacity，industrial ecology and business environment，and explored unique innovative initiatives such as four-way coordinated development，mutually-reinforced import and export，trade integration and industrial ecological innovation. However，in the new development situation，Zhengzhou also faces many internal and external challenges. Therefore，Zhengzhou should make efforts in promoting the cross-border e-commerce plus industrial cluster action，enhancing global resource allocation，realizing the integrated development of cross-border e-commerce and service trade，and building a global digital trade innovation center to upgrade Zhengzhou’s influence in the field of global cross-border e-commerce.
