Today the world is in the midst of drastic changes unprecedented in a century. China has entered a new stage of high-quality development，fully opened a new journey towards a strong modernized country. The macro environment of Beijing’s development has undergone profound changes. Since 2021，Beijing has faced up to the triple pressures of shrinking demand，supply shock and weakening expectations，adhered to capital-centered development，coordinated the prevention and control of epidemics and economic and social development. Beijing’s national central city construction has secured new achievements，but it still faces prominent problems of a weak foundation for full economic recovery，difficulties in response to metropolitan issues，and shortcomings in areas such as the people’s livelihood.
