In recent years，the rapid development of Internet platform economy has led to profound changes in traditional labor forms，labor contents and labor relations. A large number of new employment groups with non-standard flexible employment have emerged，which has a certain impact on the management of the current labor and social security system. The protection of labor rights and interests of new employment groups and the hidden risks of labor relations have attracted much social attention. This paper studies and analyzes the current situation and outstanding problems of labor relations among new employment groups in Shenzhen，and puts forward innovative work suggestions to maintain the harmony and stability of labor relations in the economic field of the Internet platform and promote the reform and development of labor unions in new employment forms.
