近年来,互联网平台经济的迅猛发展带动传统劳动形式、劳动内容和劳动关系发生深刻变化,大量非标准灵活就业的新就业形态群体涌现,对现行劳动与社会保障制度管理造成一定的冲击,新就业形态群体劳动权益保障与劳动关系风险隐患问题备受社会关注。本报告研究分析了当前深圳新就业形态群体劳动关系状况及存在的突出问题,提出了维护互联网平台经济领域劳动关系和谐稳定、推动新就业形态劳动者工会改革发展的创新性工作建议。
<<In recent years,the rapid development of Internet platform economy has led to profound changes in traditional labor forms,labor contents and labor relations. A large number of new employment groups with non-standard flexible employment have emerged,which has a certain impact on the management of the current labor and social security system. The protection of labor rights and interests of new employment groups and the hidden risks of labor relations have attracted much social attention. This paper studies and analyzes the current situation and outstanding problems of labor relations among new employment groups in Shenzhen,and puts forward innovative work suggestions to maintain the harmony and stability of labor relations in the economic field of the Internet platform and promote the reform and development of labor unions in new employment forms.
