Accelerating the development of the housing rental market is of great significance to solving the housing difficulties of new citizens and young people. Housing leasing policies and regulations are the necessary prerequisites for standardizing the development of the housing leasing market. This report analyzes the basic situation and existing problems of Shenzhen’s housing rental market，summarizes the historical evolution of housing rental policies and regulations，and puts forward policy suggestions for improving the legal construction of housing rental in Shenzhen and promoting high-quality development.
