During the 40 years of development in Shenzhen，there have been land problems left over from history，which are mainly reflected in the fact that these lands cannot be registered in accordance with the provisions of the current law because the interests of the government，the original rural collective economic organizations and the actual users are not straightened out. In order to solve the overall problems of depletion of land resources，low efficiency of land use，imbalance of land use structure and even the overall economic and social development of Shenzhen，it is urgent to dispose of historical land. However，with the development of Shenzhen society，the existing disposal methods face some new problems and challenges，such as the lack of systematization and effective coordination. Therefore，it is necessary to improve the historical land disposal policy system，simplify the disposal process and strengthen the relationship between disposal methods. The coordinated linkage and other measures will help to break down the obstacles to urban development in Shenzhen and effectively revitalize the historical land.
