Fixed asset investment plays an important role in stimulating economic growth. Especially under the background of downward pressure on the macro economy in recent years，high-quality investment has been placed in a more prominent position. Using the case study method，this paper analyzes the main practices and achievements of high-quality investment in Futian District of Shenzhen，and concludes that a benign government-enterprise cooperation relationship is necessary for high-quality investment and development. This paper also analyze the problems existing in the current high-quality investment in Futian District，including the continuous decline in real estate investment，long planning cycle of major projects，neighboring effects affecting project construction，and limited market investment potential，and affords suggestions. This paper can provide ideas and reference for high-quality investment and economic and social development.
