深圳于1998年通过《深圳经济特区控制吸烟条例》，后经过2013年修订，以及2018年和2019年的两次修正逐步完善，全市控烟工作逐渐走向法制化轨道。本报告根据《深圳经济特区控制吸烟条例》的具体条款设计问卷，通过问卷调查，了解深圳市民的吸烟情况、不同场所的控烟状况、控烟措施的落实情况以及市民对控烟状况的总体满意度和知晓度。调查显示市民对深圳控烟状况总体满意，但整体控烟状态仍不容乐观，具体的控烟措施落实情况仍有提升空间。
<<Shenzhen Special Economic Zone On Smoking Control passed in 1998. After revision in 2013 and two amendments in 2018 and 2019，the work of smoking control has gradually moved towards the track of legalization. This report designed a questionnaire according to the regulations. Through the questionnaire survey，we can understand the smoking situation of Shenzhen citizens，the smoking control in different places，the implementation of tobacco control measures and the citizens’ overall satisfaction and awareness of tobacco control. The survey shows that citizens are generally satisfied with smoking control in Shenzhen，but the overall state of smoking control is still not optimistic，and there is still room for improvement in the implementation of smoking control measures.
