From 2020 to 2021，With the goal of “everyone has access to rehabilitation services”，Shenzhen has made great efforts to promote the high-quality development of rehabilitation services for persons with disabilities. In terms of relevant policies and regulations，service system，supervision of service items and socialization of services，the coverage rate of rehabilitation services for persons with registered residence has reached 100%. The quality and precision of rehabilitation services have been improved，and disabled people have a growing sense of gain，happiness and security.
