This paper focuses on the general situation of the development of public cultural and sports services in Shenzhen from 2021 to 2022，and analyzes the main highlights of Shenzhen in the construction of major urban cultural and sports facilities，the exploration of new public cultural and sports space，and the reform of public cultural and sports system and mechanism. This paper puts forward the trend outlook and countermeasures to promote the high quality development of shenzhen’s public cultural and sports services from the aspects of reconstructing the development concept of public cultural and sports services，constructing the new public cultural and sports space system，and promoting the in-depth digital transformation of public cultural and sports services.
