Longgang District as the national ecological civilization demonstration area，enjoys pleasant the ecological environment withobvious effect on green and low-carbon development. However，there are also existing problems such as the lack of scenarios on low-carbon application，the insufficiency on the connotation of the low-carbon industrial development，the lack of green and low-carbon impact. It is necessary to focus on the short slab of the issues，further catch the opportunities of carbon peaking and carbon neutrality. Longgang shall be based on its own foundation as Shenzhen international low-carbon city，continuously fulfill the application scenarios of the low carbon，improve the low-carbon innovation ecology，host the low-carbon forum with high level. Shenzhen should be pioneering in making the innovation as the demonstration in the fields such as transportation，architecture，industry，energy and forum. Longgang should plan to explore more areas on green and low carbon，building itself as the pioneering demonstration area on the carbon peak and carbon neutrality.
