《中共中央国务院关于支持深圳建设中国特色社会主义先行示范区的意见》把民生幸福标杆作为深圳的战略定位之一,并将“幼有善育”列为深圳“民生七有”之首。深圳发展托育行业对促进人口长期均衡发展、助力城市综合竞争力提升、探索民生建设可复制的“深圳样本”等具有重要意义。近年来,深圳托育事业发展成效初显,但在人才队伍建设方面仍然存在人才队伍缺口大、培训机制不健全等问题,托育行业快速健康发展受到制约。本报告基于深圳市托育服务协会开展的调研分析了托育行业人员素养现状及培训现状,总结了深圳在建立培训课程资源库、开展行业培训、探索校企合作模式等方面的成功经验,并就未来深圳托育行业人才队伍建设提出了一系列建议。
<<“The Opinions of the State Council of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on Supporting Shenzhen in Building a Pioneering Demonstration Zone of Socialism with Chinese Specialties” has made people’s livelihood and happiness as one of the strategic development directions of Shenzhen and listed “kind childcare” as the first of the “seven livelihoods” of Shenzhen. The development of the childcare industry in Shenzhen is of great significance in promoting the long-term balanced development of the population,helping to improve the comprehensive competitiveness of the city,and exploring a replicable “Shenzhen mode” for the construction of people’s livelihood. In recent years,the development of the childcare industry in Shenzhen has been effective,but there are still problems such as insufficient talents and inadequate training mechanisms,the rapid and healthy development of the childcare industry is thus constrained. This paper summarizes the successful experiences of the Shenzhen Child Care Services Association in researching the current situation of professionalism in the industry,establishing a training course resource library,conducting industry training,and exploring the school-enterprise cooperation model,and puts forward a series of suggestions and opinions on the future construction of the industry.
