In order to implement the Law of the People’s Republic of China on the Protection of Minors and other laws and regulations，further strengthen the coordination，supervision and guidance of the protection of minors，and protect the physical and mental health of minors and safeguard their legitimate rights and interests，Shenzhen issued the “Guidelines for the Classification and Protection of Children in Distress in Shenzhen（for trial implementation）” in 2021，and promoted the establishment of the Shenzhen Social Welfare Service Guidance Center and Shenzhen Rescue and Protection Center for Minors. Next，Shenzhen will comprehensively fulfill the legal responsibilities of children’s protection，implement the three key tasks of protection of minors，child welfare and child care，establish a coherent and integrated mechanism for children’s work，strengthen the construction of child welfare service institutions and full-time personnel，build a new pattern of children’s protection with family，school，social，network，government，judicial as “six major protections”，guide the extensive participation of the public，and build a high level of child welfare service system in socialist modernization.
