Urban villages are the most important main body of the housing rental market supply in Shenzhen. In the urban villages gathered by a large number of young migrant people，the contradictory relation and potential safety hazard are complicated. It can be seen that comprehensive management of urban village communities is extremely important and necessary. Therefore，Longhua District launched the Qingping Paradise project in Yuanfen New Village，Dalang Street，starting from the creation of three dimensions of physical space，social space and spiritual space，this project promotes comprehensive community governance and safety construction through space production and space governance，exploring the youth agglomeration urban village community governance modelled on co-construction，co-governance and sharing，which ultimately provides Yuanfen experiences in improving the last but not the least step of grassroots governance of the new era.
