In 2021，COVID19，the international trade friction and the rapid development of the emerging technological industry brought a heavy toll on Shenzhen，leading to price rising and the chip shortage. The global semiconductor industry revenue increased significantly. The revenue of a certain part of the top-design companies in Shenzhen dropped significantly under the strict sanctions by U.S.，leading to the revenue declining of the integrated circuit industry in Shenzhen，although the development tendency in general is positive. Looking to the future，Shenzhen is deepening the implementation of the development strategy driven by scientific innovation，gradually planning the improvement of the industrial chain，accelerating to build up a new innovation high-land of the integrated circuit industry，helping Guangdong province to be the 3^rd pole of the integrated circuit industry in China.
