Regulations of Shenzhen Special Economic Zone on Optimizing the Business Environment was officially implemented on January 1，2021，providing legal protection for the further optimization and reform of the business environment. Corporate feedback and feelings are an important manifestation of the effect of business environment reform. According to the questionnaire survey of enterprises，enterprises are highly satisfied with Shenzhen’s business environment. It is generally believed that the reform policy of the business environment are well implemented and effective，and a good legal environment has become the most important reason for Shenzhen to attract business investment and retain business operations. As a national business environment innovation pilot city，Shenzhen must continue to focus on the concerns and needs of market players，build a stable and predictable business market environment，create a precise and efficient government service and regulatory environment，and improve a transparent and fair legal environment；meanwhile，it must also construct a scientific business environment evaluation index system，strengthen evaluation and feedback，and promote the implementation of high policy standards.
