In 2021，Shenzhen’s social security continued to improve，with the number of reported criminal and public security incidents decreasing year by year，the traffic safety condition reaching a world-class level，and the residents’ sense of security and satisfaction with public security work achieving the best performance in Guangdong province’s history of “double-first”. Shenzhen’s public security organs focused on the security and stability work for the 100th anniversary of the founding of the CPC，and paid close attention to the implementation of measures to prevent risks，ensure security and protect stability by concentrating on “anti-electric fraud”，strictly combating smuggling crimes，improving the security prevention and control system，eliminating security and safety hazards，building a new generation of synthetic operation center，solving the urgent problems of the public，and ensuring the implement of risk management and stability measures. For the social security situation in 2022，this report proposes to focus on the main security agenda that was mentioned in the 20^th party Congress，to comprehensively strength the overall protection of the social security，to pay close attention to preventing and resolving various types of risks，and to make every effort to create a safe and stable political and social environment.
