In 2021，the fixed-asset investment in Shenzhen shown a tendency of increasing quantity and quality. The report reviewed the investment performance and tendency in the the key fields. Based on the analysis upon the internal and external investment and development background，the Report proposes the ideas on regulating the fixed-asset investment in 2022. The Report proposes that to stablize the investment in 2022 is of great importance to the stability of economic growth. The Report provides the suggestion that Shenzhen should stand upon the reform foundation on deepening the investment and financing mechanism and system，focus on enhancing the mobility of industrial investment and development，accelerate the implementation of the pilot program on the high-quality development of infrastructure facilities，continue to increase the investment on people’s livelihood.
