In 2021，faced with multiple challenges including the complicated and severe international situations and the domestic sporadic cases，Shenzhen coordinated the prevention and containment of pandemic as well as the social and economic development in a scientific way，with the economic performance under appropriate range and the breakthroughs made by many indicators. Shenzhen has made a well-performed opening-up for the 14^th five-year-plan. In 2022，Shenzhen should follow the general principle of making progress while working to keep performance stable，comprehensively implement the new development philosophy，comprehensively deepen the reform and opening-up，fully activate the demonstrative effects of the “two area” motivation，“two area” superposition and the two reforms. Shenzhen should work hard to increase the level of high-quality development，thus embracing the successful opening-up of the 20^th CPC Congress.
