The report analyzes the legal changes in the protection of minors on the Internet. Combined with a national questionnaire survey，the report outlined the characteristics of the digital life of minors，such as learning，entertainment，and social interaction，and explains their motivations for Internet use and the impact of Internet use on values，mental health and creativity. The report pointed out that the digital life of minors is closely related to the family environment and school environment，and the Internet-home-school ecosystem affect the development of minors. Based on this，the report recommends that minors’ Internet protection should focus to the following aspects：systematically make laws and regulations，strengthen the value orientation of digital content by platform companies，implement internet literacy education，attach importance to family education，enrich offline activities by linking communities，schools and families，and reasonably guide the subjective initiative of minors，etc.
