With the proposal and steady progress of carbon peak and carbon neutrality strategy，the position and role of forestry in national economic and social development have been improved. With the joint financial and monetary policies support，the development of forestry PPP projects has significant opportunities and challenges. In this report，forestry PPP projects show a sustained and steady growth trend，but there are also problems such as the application proportion of PPP mode in forestry decreased，the investment subject a little single，etc. Through data analysis and practical experience，this report expounds the development status and bottleneck of forestry PPP. In view of the problems existing in the process of promoting forestry PPP projects and combining with the current “double carbon” development opportunities，this report puts forward development suggestions from the aspects of developing the advantages of forestry PPP industry，improving the forestry carbon sink trading mechanism and improving the efficiency of forest land transfer，in order to provide reference for the practice of forestry PPP.
