The report focuses on the help of PPP application in rural revitalization，analyzes the compatibility of PPP and rural revitalization in terms of policies and connotation，and meanwhile discusses the key implementation points of the PPP application combined with relevant policies in rural revitalization. Finally，the critical difficulties of project bankability and industry integration of PPP in rural revitalization are explained based on the “internet+agriculture” project case study，which aims to improve the financing landing rate and industry-driven effect of PPP in rural revitalization，and then widen channels of private capital participating in such area，and in long terms help the sustainable development of rural revitalization.
