The basic principle of the establishment of future community is to require “both effective government and effective market”，which is completely consistent with the connotation of the cooperation between government and social capital required by PPP. Therefore，future community can be understood as PPP in a broad sense. ESG，on the other hand，takes non-financial elements as evaluation conditions，makes decisions and practices，and seeks a sustainable model for long-term development of enterprises in all aspects，including environment，society and governance. The implementation of ESG concept with the future community creation model can not only promote the implementation of the concept of sustainable high-quality development in practical operation projects，but also profoundly affect the development direction of the real economy，and play a good role in guaranteeing the development of China’s production，circulation，distribution and consumption of all material and spiritual materials in the future.
