In the Internet+ era，minors who have long been immersed in cyberspace have truly become being digital. The internet has become a key factor influencing the formation of minors’ cognition. It is an important channel for minors to acquire knowledge and a media window for expression. The diversity of the internet has broadened the cognitive dimension of minors and activated their creative abilities. Minors have realized cultural feedback through the internet. The negative impact of the internet on minors’ perceptions and attitudes cannot be ignored. For example，the internet takes up minors’ learning time，pan-entertainment affects cognitive depth，there is addiction and social fears reinforced by internet use. To solve them，firstly，we should improve the ability of minors to access and critically consume information and strengthen their media literacy. Secondly，we should improve multi-party coordination and collaborative management to jointly create a safe and clean internet.
