本报告以第11次中国未成年人互联网运用状况调查数据为依据,从未成年人的网络认知、互联网技术运用、用网道德规范以及网络信息管理等方面解析我国未成年人的网络素养与网络保护状况。本报告提出,政府应协调推进网络素养教育的多方合作;打通全民数字素养培养与未成年人网络素养教育,共同发展;继续深化网络素养培育的学校教育环节;发挥互联网平台技术优势,鼓励企业参与网络素养教育。将未成年人网络素养教育嵌入社会发展进程中,充分建立其自主性。
<<This report analyzes internet literacy and online protection of minors in China. It looks at their understanding and use of the internet,internet ethics,and internet information management. This is done based on data from the 11th Internet Use by Minors in China Survey. This report suggests that the government should promote the cooperation of multiple parties in online literacy education. It should link digital literacy education for the whole population and for minors together while continuing internet literacy education in schools. It should encourage enterprises to participate in internet literacy education by taking advantage of their platform technologies. Internet literacy education for minors should be embedded in the process of social development and fully establish its autonomy.
