According to the 11th Internet Use by Minors in China Survey（2022），this report analyzes the general conditions，behavior features，and existing problems of minors’ internet use. Solutions and suggestions are proposed based on the analysis. The main findings include：The use of internet is widespread among minors. Family and parents have a huge influence on minors’ online behavior. Watching videos ranks the first in minors’ online activities. Online behavior varies in different age groups. Our recommendations are：Governmental regulation on short videos should be strengthened. Digital literacy education should be organized based on local conditions. Public psychological service should be made more use of to improve the communication between parents and children.
