    人力资源培训服务的发展现状与趋势分析

    摘要

    过去一年,我国职业教育培训受市场追捧,培训数字化、智能化提速,产业化持续深化,数字类技术技能培训热度提升,兴趣生活类培训产品不断增长,财政支持类技术技能培训稳步推进。相关政策密集出台:加快建设世界重要人才中心和创新高地,推动现代职业教育高质量发展,发布“十四五”职业技能提升规划,推进人力资源服务业高质量发展,优化职业技能提升政策,加强互联网教育培训治理监管。面对培训领域还存在乱象、供给能力有待提高等问题,要继续推进培训机构专业化建设,不断提高政府管理和服务能力。

    Abstract

    In the past year,China’s vocational education and training was in great demand by the market,digitalized and smart training kept developing rapidly,industrialization continued to deepen,digital technical skills training increased in popularity,hobby and life related training products continued to grow,and financial support for technical skills training steadily advanced. Relevant policies have been intensively introduced:accelerating the construction of the world’s major talent centre and innovation highland,promoting the high-quality development of modern vocational education,releasing the 14th Five-Year Plan for upgrading vocational skills,promoting the high-quality development of the human resources service industry,optimizing vocational skills upgrading policies,and strengthening the governance and supervision of Internet education and training. In the face of problems in the training sector and the need to improve supply capacity,it is important to continue to promote the professionalization of training institutions and to continuously improve the government’s governance and service capacity.
