Relevant policies have been intensively introduced：accelerating the construction of the world’s major talent centre and innovation highland，promoting the high-quality development of modern vocational education，releasing the 14th Five-Year Plan for upgrading vocational skills，promoting the high-quality development of the human resources service industry，optimizing vocational skills upgrading policies，and strengthening the governance and supervision of Internet education and training. In the face of problems in the training sector and the need to improve supply capacity，it is important to continue to promote the professionalization of training institutions and to continuously improve the government’s governance and service capacity.
