2021年是“十四五”的开局之年,劳动关系治理工作稳步推进。全年劳动人事争议立案受理案件数量及其涉及劳动者人数、调解组织仲裁机构办理案件数量及其涉及劳动者人数有所增加,农民工权益保护状况持续向好,劳动保障监察工作稳步推进,国家相关部门出台了一系列政策文件,各地从实际出发,务实创新,有效落实党中央、国务院部署安排,持续深化和谐劳动关系治理实践。在疫情防控常态化、经济发展影响因素复杂化的背景下,劳动关系治理面临新挑战,需要持续强化体制机制建设,不断提高前瞻预见性、协同动员性和精准处置能力。
<<The year 2021 is the beginning year of the 14th Five-Year Plan,and labour relations governance was steadily promoted. Throughout the year,the number of labour disputes filed and the number of workers involved,as well as the number of cases handled by mediation and arbitration organizations and the number of workers involved all increased. Harmonious labour relations governance has continued to deepen. Against the backdrop of the normalization of pandemic prevention and control and the complexity of factors influencing economic development,labour relations governance is facing new challenges,requiring continued strengthening of institutional mechanisms and continuous improvement of foresight,synergy and mobilization and the ability of accurate governance.
