近一年来,我国公务员管理工作以习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想为指导,全面贯彻党的十九大和十九届历次全会精神,贯彻落实全国组织部长会议精神,在推进分类管理,深化分类分级考录、考核、培训,健全激励约束机制,突出重视基层导向等方面进行了实践探索,为更好地推动制度优势转化为治理效能、推进公务员工作高质量发展奠定了良好基础。
