From 2021 to 2022，the reform of the professional qualification system continued to advance，and the specific work concentrated on the following aspects：the issuance of the new version of the national professional qualification catalog，the promotion of electronic certificates，the reform of the examination passing standard，the reduction of the requirements for working years，the regulation of informal certificates，and the exploration of overseas professional qualification certification and recognition mechanism. Facing the reform of the professional qualification system in the new development era，we need to effectively respond to the needs of innovative technical and skilled talent evaluation system，accelerate the construction of the national qualifications framework，and promote the global allocation of technical and skilled talent. We will accelerate the process of international mutual recognition，and promote the professional qualification system from a standard and orderly one to an evidence-based and sound one.
