近期,围绕新时代人才强国战略和创新驱动战略,各地积极贯彻落实中央人才工作部署,结合发展实际不断深化人才管理体制机制改革,陆续推出新时代人才工作专项行动:构建招才引智矩阵、注重人才培养培训、创新人才评价机制、加大人才激励力度、深化科研管理机制改革、优化人才服务机制、实施更加开放的人才政策等,地方人才工作发展路径不断推陈出新,地方人才发展红利进一步释放,人才引领发展作用进一步增强,推动经济社会高质量发展再上新台阶。
