Digital economy is another major economic form emerging after agricultural economy and industrial economy. At present，the scale and development speed of China’s digital economy has leapt to the second place in the world，second only to the United States. Digital economy human resources are key resources to promote the innovation and development of China’s digital economy. This paper analyzes the status quo and situation of human resources development in digital economy in China，and puts forward suggestions for building a digital economy talent highland in China，namely accelerating the cultivation of local digital economy human resources，accurately introducing international digital economy human resources，building a high-quality digital economy human resources ecosystem，and continuously optimizing the digital economy talent governance.
