Professionals in education sector are important human capital for building a high-quality education system. This paper reviews the status quo of China’s educational professionals’ development in the second half of 2021 and the first half of 2022，the construction of related training system，and the reform and innovation of personnel system in education sector. Facing the future development，professionals in education sector need to constantly optimize the structure and improve the quality，so as to provide strong human resources support for the construction of a high-quality education system.
