我国老年人口规模大，开发老年人力资源需要精准抓手。本文从老年人力资源的总量、参与家庭劳动的价值、老年科技人力资源的开发潜力三个维度进行分析研究。首先从健康视角分析了老年人力资源的总体规模与结构分布，其次从实际出发测算了老年人力资源参与家庭劳动创造的社会价值，最后从智力资源（学历）视角对老年科技人力资源的规模及其开发潜力进行了分析。
<<China has a large aged population，and the development of elderly human resources needs a precise approach. This paper analyzes and studies related issues from three dimensions：the total amount of elderly human resources，the value of participating in housework，and the potential of development potential of elderly human resources in scientific and technological sectors. Firstly，the overall scale and structural distribution of elderly human resources are analyzed from the perspective of health. Secondly，the social value of elderly human resources participating in housework is measured from practical perspective. Finally，the scale and development potential of elderly human resources in scientific and technological sectors are analyzed from the perspective of intellectual resources（educational attainment）.
