2021年,国家“十四五”规划提出加快数字化发展,为健全现代文化产业体系和市场体系而扩大优质文化产品供给、推动文化旅游融合发展、深化文化体制改革。在5G网络普及与人工智能、大数据、扩展现实等众多科技实现创新突破的基础上,2021年文化科技产业呈现多样化、IP化、智能化、虚拟化、场景化等特征。网络视听、数字出版、游戏电竞和高端文化装备等文化科技优势业态不断深化数字化探索、垂直化深耕,各领域实现生产经营差异化。而云文化业态、沉浸式业态、元宇宙、NFT艺术、虚拟数字人、智能穿戴设备等文化科技新型业态则充分探索数字资产新业态,推动文化产业“上云用数赋智”,为实现虚拟与现实世界融合发展迈出关键一步。
<<In 2021,The 14th Five-Year Plan for the national economic and social development of the people’s Republic of China and the 2035 outline of long-range vision was published which mentioned both a speedy digital development and a modern cultural industry system-for good cultural production,a fusion of culture and technology and a deepen reform of cultural system-were necessary. Based on such developed high-technologies as 5G network,AI,Big Data,XR,etc.,the cultural and technological industry in 2021 tends to be diversified,IP-oriented,intellectualized,virtualized and full of scenes. Firstly,dominant cultural commercial formats like online audiovisual,digital publishing,game and e-sports as well as high-end cultural equipment explored deeply in the digital field,making product vertical and differentiated. Secondly,the new commercial formats,such as cloud-based cultural form,immersive cultural form,NFT Art,virtual human and smart wearable devices,took full advantage of innovative technology to develop more digital cultural formats with increasingly diverse and intelligent scene,encouraging cultural industry to become “cloud,digital and intelligent”. The development and change of cultural industry in 2021 took a crucial step for the integrated development of the virtual and real world in the near future.
