为了掌握广州市民对广州建设人民满意的服务型政府的主观态度,增强人民群众的获得感、幸福感和安全感,广州市统计局2021年利用万户居民调查网,对全市11区年龄在18~65周岁的5000名常住居民家庭户经济户主开展入户调查。调查结果显示:广州市政务环境不断优化,政民互动氛围浓厚,提振市民对政府落实“我为群众办实事”的信心。同时,群众公共服务体验较好,基础医疗卫生服务最受关注。另外,市民希望在开设特殊人群绿色通道、推进公共事务一体化办理平台建设等方面提供更人性化的服务。并期待进一步完善医疗费用标准、加强房价调控以及路面交通畅通管理,优化医疗、住房和公共交通服务。
<<In order to understand and meet the individual needs of the people and enhance the people’s sense of gain,happiness and security,Guangzhou Municipal Bureau of Statistics recently used the 10000-household resident survey network to survey 5000 permanent residents aged 18-65 in 11 districts of the city. The survey shows that the administrative environment of Guangzhou continues to improve,the atmosphere of interaction between the government and the people is strong,and the citizens have confidence in the government’s service attitude. At the same time,the public service experience is better,and basic medical and health services are the most concerned. Citizens hopefor more humanized services such as opening green channels for special groups and promoting the construction of an integrated management platform for public affairs. Furthermore,the surveyed people look forward to optimizing medical,housing and public transportation services by improving medical cost standards,strengthening housing price control,and smooth road traffic management.
