城市更新行动对文创园区发展带来新的机遇与挑战。本文以文创园区更新为案例分析广州城市更新效果,基于城市体验理论构建评估指标体系,综合运用文献研究、问卷调查、专家访谈等方法实施评估,并根据评估结果分析广州文创园区更新存在的问题,进而提出实现文化产业提升和历史文化保护双向驱动的对策建议。调查发现,广州文创园区更新有效提升了景观、业态、服务等方面的水平,从而增强了体验者对园区空间的黏度、满意度和认同感,但同时也面临难以形成稳定情感认同的问题,阻碍园区更新效果的全面提升。基于此,本文从园区体验者的角度出发,总结出城市更新意义被窄化、更新项目缺乏长期规划、政府与市场作用发挥受限、文创宣传渠道单一引致文创园区未能实现更新预期的问题,并从如何实现内涵式发展、联动式发展、集聚式发展、参与式发展四个方面提出广州文创园区更新提质增效的策略选择。
<<The urban renewal action brings new opportunities and challenges to the development of cultural and creative parks. This paper takes the renewal of cultural and creative parks as a case to analyze the effect of urban renewal in Guangzhou. Based on the theory of urban experience,this paper constructs the evaluation index system,and comprehensively uses the methods of literature research,questionnaire survey,expert interview and so on. According to the evaluation results,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the renewal of Guangzhou cultural and creative park,and then puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to realize the two-way drive of cultural industry promotion and historical protection. The survey found that the renewal of Guangzhou cultural and creative park has effectively improved the level of landscape,business format and public service,so as to enhance the attractiveness,satisfaction and identity of visitors to the park space. However,it is also difficult to form a stable emotional identity,which hinders the overall improvement of the renewal effect of the cultural and creative park. Based on this,from the perspective of the park experience,this paper summarizes the problems that the urban renewal significance is narrowed,the renewal project lacks long-term planning,the role of the government and the market is limited,and the cultural and creative publicity channel is single,which leads to the failure of the cultural and creative park to realize the renewal expectation. It also puts forward the strategic choice of increasing efficiency of Guangzhou cultural and creative parks renewal system from four aspects:how to realize connotative development,linkage development,agglomeration development and participatory development.
