Achieving carbon peaking and carbon neutrality goals is an extensive and profound economic and social systemic change. As an important subject in promoting high-quality development and building a modern economic system，listed companies are the backbone of achieving the carbon peaking and carbon neutrality goals. This report takes the listed companies in Anhui Province as research samples，and clarifies the current status of carbon emissions from the dimensions of industry structure，regional structure，ownership structure，and innovation capability，etc. Moreover，this report focuses on analyzing the characteristics of the listed companies with high energy consumption in Anhui province，and points out the main problems faced by the listed companies in Anhui province in the process of carbon reduction. On this basis，this report puts forward relevant measures and suggestions on the carbon reduction path of the listed companies in Anhui Province.
