民营上市公司是安徽省民营经济的重要组成部分，是全省民营经济发展的“排头兵”。支持民营上市公司健康稳定发展，对于推动安徽省经济高质量发展具有重要的战略意义。本报告以安徽省民营上市公司为研究样本，从总体规模、区域分布、行业结构、创新表现、风险控制等角度，深入分析安徽省民营上市公司发展现状，并与沪苏浙等地进行对比分析，发现安徽省民营上市公司发展存在的突出问题，如规模体量快速壮大，但与长三角其他地区差距显著；合肥“一城独大”，区域分布差异化特征明显；战略性新兴产业规模体量较小，产业覆盖范围有限；等等。并在此基础上提出相应的对策建议，如做大做强做优龙头领军上市企业、打造世界级战略性新兴产业集群、激发民营上市公司创新创业活力等。
<<Private listed companies are an important part of Anhui private economy，is the “vanguard” of the provincial private economy development. Supporting the healthy and stable development of private listed companies is of great strategic significance for promoting the high-quality economic development of Anhui Province. This report in Anhui private listed companies as the research sample，from the overall scale，regional distribution，industry structure，innovation performance，risk control，etc.，in-depth analysis of the development status of private listed companies in Anhui，and comparative analysis with Shanghai，Jiangsu and Zhejiang，found that Anhui outstanding problems existing in the development of private listed companies，on the basis of put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
