Based on the theory of technological innovation，this report uses the entropy weighting method to make an evaluation of the overall innovation capabilities of listed companies in Anhui，as well as specific evaluations from the perspectives of industries，regions，ownership structures. The vertical comparison in 2020 and 2021 shows that the innovation ability is generally improving，and the market competitiveness of the main business still needs to be strengthened；the overall development of the manufacturing industry is growing steadily，and the traditional manufacturing industry needs to accelerate innovation and development；the persistence of innovation in some regions needs to be improve；the innovation ability of Chinese central State-owned enterprises is outstanding，and the patent output capacity of private enterprises still needs to be improved，etc. Based on the above conclusions，this report puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions，such as increasing investment in R&D，improving the talent training system；strengthening corporate patent awareness.
