In recent years，with the development of science and technology，digital assets have developed from a simple concept to an emerging force，which has been recognized by more and more people.Digital collections have achieved scenarization with the help of blockchain technology and quickly swept the country.In 2022，the digital collection track ushered in explosive growth.As of June，according to incomplete statistics，the number of domestic digital collection distribution platforms has exceeded 500.Due to the rapid development of the digital collection platform and the lack of industry standard guidance，it has been growing savagely，and the compliance of the platform is difficult to guarantee.At present，the digital Tibet platform has quickly passed through the 1.0 stage，and each platform is facing new challenges of playing method upgrading，traffic attraction and revitalizing the pool.The competition between platforms is bound to be a bloodbath.By building a unified national market for digital Tibet，we will build a new matrix of Web 3.0 digital collections based on the ideas of CO governance，CO negotiation，co construction and win-win，so as to achieve the goals of CO cultivation of flow，CO sharing of income，co management of wealth and co output of capacity，truly realize the gathering of ecological forces，and create an innovative，high-standard，leading，open and co governed new ecosystem of Chinese digital Tibet.
