元宇宙是未来虚拟世界和现实社会交互的重要平台,是数字经济新的表现形态,潜力巨大。保护用户隐私和数据安全是元宇宙产业健康发展的重要前提条件,为此,元宇宙平台应实现三个基本要求:数据的全生命周期安全可信;用户有能力自主控制数据;支持各方进行分布式协同治理。为实现上述三大基本要求,以隐私计算为代表的安全保障技术体系是元宇宙的重要基础,构成元宇宙隐私保护的关键技术路径。元宇宙所涉及的技术体系可以用“BIGANT”概括:“B”指区块链技术(Blockchain),包含加密算法、共识机制、智能合约、去中心化存储等;“I”指交互技术(Interactivity),包含XR、全息影像、人机交互等;“G”指电子游戏技术(Game),包含游戏引擎、3D建模、实时渲染等;“A”指人工智能技术(ArtificialIntelligence),包含机器学习、自然语言处理、AI代理等;“N”指网络及运算技术(Network),包含5G/6G网络、云计算、边缘计算等;“T”指物联网技术(InternetofThings),包含各类传感器技术。本文将从隐私保护交易、隐私保护应用、隐私保护建模、隐私计算网络、隐私边缘计算五个方面对隐私计算与元宇宙结合的应用和前景进行阐述。
<<The world’s cutting-edge scientific and technological systems are developing rapidly.The digital economy with new-generation information technology and data as key elements has become a key force in reorganizing global factor resources,reshaping the global economic structure,and changing the global competition pattern.Since the outbreak of the COVID-19,digitalization of online office,education,medical care,consumption and industrial upgrading,community services,urban governance,etc.has become the norm,and an all-round “virtual and real integration” metaverse is taking shape.The Metaverse is an important platform for the interaction between the virtual world and the real society in the future.It is a new manifestation of the digital economy with huge potential.The protection of user privacy and data security is an important prerequisite for the healthy development of the Metaverse industry.To this end,the Metaverse platform should be able to meet three basic requirements:secure and reliable data throughout its life cycle,users have the ability to independently control data,and support all parties.Distributed collaborative governance.In order to achieve the three basic requirements,the security assurance technology system represented by privacy computing is the important foundation of the Metaverse,and constitutes the key technical path for the privacy protection of the Metaverse.The technical system involved in the Metaverse can be summarized by “BIGANT”:“B” refers to blockchain technology,including encryption algorithms,consensus mechanisms,smart contracts,decentralized storage,etc.;“I” refers to interactive technology,including XR,holographic image,human-computer interaction,etc.;“G” refers to electronic game technology,including game engine,3D modeling,real-time rendering,etc.;“A” refers to artificial intelligence technology,including machine learning,natural language processing,AI agent,etc.;“N” refers to network and computing technology (Network),including 5G/6G network,cloud computing,edge computing,etc.;“T” refers to Internet of Things technology,including various sensors technology.Each technical field involved in the Metaverse has specific applications that are integrated and expanded with privacy computing.This paper will correspondingly focus on 5 directions,including privacy-preserving transactions,privacy-preserving applications,privacy-preserving modeling,privacy-preserving computing networks,and privacy-preserving edge computing.The application and prospect of the combination of the two are expounded and introduced.
