元宇宙概念的提出和实践的兴起与基础设施建设、消费升级、产业配套息息相关，其核心八大要素需要分三个阶段在较长的时间周期内推进落地。在此期间，科技界、产业界需要对技术要素给予足够的重视，并加大投入，从而支撑元宇宙的发展。本文主要讨论四大要素，即内容相关、系统相关、AI相关、交互相关。
<<The rise of the concept and practice of meta universe is closely related to infrastructure，consumption upgrading and industrial supporting.The eight core elements need to be implemented in three stages in a long period of time.During this period，the scientific and technological circles and the industrial circles need to put enough attention and resources into the basic technical elements to ensure that they can smoothly support the development of the meta universe.These elements can be divided into four categories：content related，system related，AI related and interactive related.
