With the revolution of information technology，the change of modern management mode and the rise of knowledge economy，the United States has gradually shifted from the era of industrial economy to the era of service economy. The Atlantic coastal urban agglomeration in the northeast of the United States，which is dominated by knowledge-intensive and technology-intensive producer services，is at the high end of the global value chain and has become an urban agglomeration with global influence and economic competitiveness. This paper analyzes the development status of producer services in urban agglomerations along the Atlantic coast of the northeastern United States，and comprehensively summarized the main experience of the green transformation and development of producer services from the aspects of regional coordination，endogenous power，market environment，fiscal and tax support，and international trade，providing reference for the green transformation and development of producer services in Urban agglomerations in China during the 14th Five-Year Plan period.
